Dr. Linda T. Miller, PT, PT, CLT, CWT served as the founder and clinical director of the Breast Cancer Physical Therapy Center in the Philadelphia area for over 20 years. She has over 300 hours of training in lymphedema management and has been an international student of lymphedema, including training in the UK, Italy, Spain, France, and Australia.

In 2023, she was invited to the Sultanate of Oman in the Middle East to teach lymphedema management at the Sultan Qaboos Cancer Center. Previously, she had been invited to teach Breast Cancer Lymphedema Management in 2010 and Advanced Edema Management in 2015 at Sultan Qaboos University Hospital in Muscat, Oman.

Dr. Miller has also taken her edema management skills into the venue of sports medicine and orthopedics. Internationally recognized, Linda has published several articles and book chapters on post-operative breast cancer rehabilitation and breast cancer lymphedema. She has also trained hundreds of therapists and nurses in her comprehensive approach to edema management.
